Only available once per year from Carter Ranch in Ten Sleep, WY. These pigs pasture graze/root across around 300 acres of regenerative ranch land. They come home when they feel like seeing us. Needless to say, they are very happy!

This isn't normal pork. The breed is Idaho Pasture Pig - a breed so new (2012), so rare, that fewer than 200 farms in North America raise them. Created from the legendary Berkshire, prized Duroc, and sacred Kunekune bloodlines.
