Our producers raise and finish the animals on polyculture pastures, which include hundreds of different grass species. We practice year-round grazing, using designated paddocks and open pastures. We follow regenerative practices and methods focused on soil health and ecosystem balance. Our animals are not fed GMO feed.

The cows are not given mRNA vaccines, and we do not follow an annual vaccine schedule.

We do not use hormones or antibiotics.

The beef we source comes from animals raised on soils & grasses that are not sprayed with petrochemical based fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides (such as glyphosate-based RoundUp). The rotational grazing methods, both raising & finishing, are in line with how herd animals forage in nature without modern livestock management. That said, we have not applied for organic certifications and the beef is not labeled organic.
